I've been experimenting with layering single flames as duplicates, but I've been long meaning to combine different flames together.. Finally, I attempted it  The main flame rendered in Apophysis 2.06 Z+C++ Two texture layers; one rendered in Apophysis 2.04 (yea, I've been saving it for future use as a texture  )the other in UF 4.02 hope you like it.. I'll be looking for feedback to decide with which to enter the contest enjoy! Comments

Really like the broody colors and textures of this one.  -- =Apophysis Fractals: [link] || Photography & 3D Art: [link] Member of *Tubaholics-Anonymous  I think I prefer this one. The textured background is beautiful but it is also coherent with the troubled, cloudy environment where envy thrives.

 I think the texturing here really adds to the sense of envy, to me they seem to represent all the thinly veiled jealous emotions, floating just beneath the surface. I doubt that made sense, but it does to me. Nicely done.-- Lyme Awareness Deviants for the Cure *dAPagan *Imaginary-Places *DesigningDivas  I agree with *ersi. I like this one for the contest.
But, as most people are more aesthetic than symbolic, I think the other one would do well also. It's a tough choice. >_> --  &   YOU HAVE TO SUBMIT THIS ONE!~ the other one doesn't look like envy, but the little details in the back of this one make it look more evil and such
